We are growing our distribution footprint
We are actively pursuing extended distribution opportunities across educational licensing platforms, streaming partners, public media, and curated cultural circuits to broaden reach while staying grounded in our mission.

We are developing curriculum and discussion tools
We are creating a suite of companion materials—including K–12, higher education, and adult learning curricula, as well as discussion guides — that position BBB as both a teaching tool and a catalyst for critical dialogue.

We are building institutional learning experiences
We are packaging BBB into workshops, seminars, and professional development offerings that support schools, districts, and organizations in engaging deeply with themes of belonging, displacement, and cultural memory.

We are expanding our screening strategy (paid & community-based)
We are continuing a dual-track approach that includes paid institutional screenings alongside free, community-centered engagements with mission-aligned partners — schools, HBCUs, cultural institutions, faith organizations, and nonprofits—ensuring both sustainability and access.

We are continuing the storytelling of belonging
We are extending the BBB narrative by documenting and sharing stories across geographies and institutions, focusing on how educators are shaped by — and shape — education systems and culture. This includes featurettes, written profiles, audio storytelling, and research-informed media.

We are integrating research and audience insight
We are grounding our next phase of storytelling and engagement in the data, stories, and feedback gathered through screenings, ensuring that BBB evolves in direct conversation with the communities it serves.

We are deepening our partnership ecosystem
We are building and strengthening relationships with mission-aligned partners across education, media, philanthropy, and policy to co-create programming, expand reach, and embed BBB within broader movements advancing belonging.

We are building for long-term impact
We are developing the operational and funding infrastructure needed to sustain distribution, curriculum adoption, and the expansion of storytelling, ensuring BBB remains a living, evolving platform for change.
